Obscurus Books is a large bookshop/cafe in Diagon Alley. It specializes in Children's Literature, Muggle and Wizarding fiction and also has an extensive section (2nd floor) with hard to find Charms, Transfiguration and Ancient Runes text, as well as almost everything ever written on curse breaking. The ground floor is taken up by the cafe and children's section, and the third floor is overstock and Gareth's office (Gareth takes care of the practical aspects of the business, leaving the customer service to his wife and their small staff.) Maddie also writes the Witchy Romance novels, and often holds writers' groups in the cafe.
